We have restored approximately 70% of our customers' OpenVZ servers, and they are now accessible. We are continuing the recovery process to restore access to all remaining servers as soon as possible.

We have started restoring customer data from backups created during the night of October 15, 2026.
Unfortunately, we couldn't resolve the hardware failure without restoring data from backups. We will bring OpenVZ virtual machines online gradually, one by one.
At this stage, we cannot provide an estimated time of recovery (ETA). We will share further updates on progress and the estimated recovery time once we can assess restoration speed.

We are currently experiencing a technical issue affecting one of our SolusVM OpenVZ nodes in Lithuania (solusvm-node-03). Our technical team is working to restore the affected node and services as quickly as possible.
